This workshop examines the art and history of public speaking and explores Shakespeare's masterful use of rhetoric.
The workshop begins with a short seminar in which the students are led in a discussion about how leaders both past and present persuade their audiences into a certain course of action (For example, Churchill , Martin Luther King and Barack Obama). The students then put together a vibrant presentation on rhetoric featuring extracts from 'Henry The Fifth' and 'Julius Caesar'.
